321 stainless steel is a high grade stainless steel in the 300 series, because the nickel content is relatively high. Small knowledge for 321 stainless steel
1)One of the Ti 321 stainless steel as a stabilizing element exists, but it is hot strong steel at high temperature is much better than 316L.321 stainless steel organic acid and inorganic acid in different concentration and different temperature, especially has good resistance to abrasion performance in oxidizing medium, used in the manufacture of wear and wear acid container equipment lining, pipeline.
2)321 stainless steel is Ni-Cr-Ti type austenitic stainless steel, its performance is very similar to the 304, but because of the addition of titanium, it has better resistance to grain boundary corrosion and high temperature strength. Due to the addition of titanium, it can effectively control the formation of chromium carbide.
3)321 stainless steel has excellent high temperature stress rupture (Stress Rupture) performance and high temperature creep resistance (Creep Resistance) stress mechanical properties are better than the 304 stainless steel.
