It has good yield strength and fatigue strength, good elastic properties, excellent processing and forming properties and bending properties, good ductility, durability, and corrosion resistance.
Material Features:
Characteristics of CuNi9Sn6 alloy material: mechanical advantage:
1. With excellent fatigue resistance and low friction, high tensile strength and yield strength higher than 1000Mpa can be achieved by tempering, so it is very suitable for the application of heavy machinery parts. For example, it is used in bushes and bearings and small end rings in high-performance automobile engines.
2. With high elasticity and formability, it can realize a lightweight and durable design: for example, it is widely used in the high-end glasses industry.
3. It has high conductivity, very good corrosion resistance, magnetism and shielding effect. It is widely used in the electronics industry, including aerospace systems, for applications such as EMI shielding and connector parts.
4. CuNiSn alloy is free of beryllium, lead and cadmium, and complies with REACH and RoHs regulations and does not contain substances, and can replace titanium copper C17200 and beryllium copper C19900 and other materials.
