Stainless Steel Angle Bar

The size of stainless steel angle bar we manufacture ranges from 20x20x3mm to 150x150x12mm, any product size in our production range is available.

Stainless steel angle bar is the most common product, so we always stock almost all steel grades to meet a large market demand. The steel grade we stock includes 200 series stainless steel angles, 300 series stainless steel angles, 400 series stainless steel angles, and super alloy angle bars.

Permitted Tolerance for Stainless Steel Hot Rolled Angles

1. Weight

1.1 For angles of 9.0 kg/m[6 lb/ft] or less, the weight tolerances shall not exceed+/-7.5%.

1.2 For angles over 9.0 kg/m[6 lb/ft], the weight tolerances shall not exceed+/-7.5%.

2. Length of Legs

2.1 For stainless steel angles having legs or flanges up to 150 mm [6 in.], the length tolerance shall not exceed +/-3.00mm[+/-0.125in.]

2.2 For stainless steel angles having legs or flanges over 150mm, the length tolerance shall not exceed +5.00mm[0.1875in.] and -3.00mm[0.125in.]

3. Squareness of Legs

3.1 The tolerance for the right angle between the legs is+/-2°.

Angle bars from Wuxi Cepheus are packed according to the customer’s requirement. To avoid any damage which might be caused during international transportation, we provide some optional packaging methods, including woven bags, plywood cases, and wooden boxes.
