AISI F6NM Stainless Steel Round Bars are low-carbon martensitic stainless steel bars with simple corrosion resistance, good strength, good toughness and even better weldability than other martensitic grades of stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum to AISI 415 Round Bars provides improved basic pitting and crevice corrosion resistance and moderate sulphide stress cracking resistance. Low carbon provides a lot of weldability and generates outstanding toughness along with nickel. AISI 415 Round bars have a high yield strength (520 to 800 MPa minimum in EN standard based on heat treatment) and are used in the oil and gas industry.
